As the owner of Rowlands Performance, Jimmy brings over 25 years of shock industry experience with 12 of those years as a shock specialist in NASCAR. He has proven success local dirt and asphalt racetracks in Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. In addition to his local success, his NASCAR career included working with several race teams and championship organizations.
